    Ha. I'm doing the same programme, on week 4 now. What exercises are you using for it? Have to say I do it without a watch on though...

    I normally take off the watch before I start. But I've often wear it while working out with no detriment. I'm doing Goblet squats, one arm press and weighted pullups. I'm on week 4 also.

    Good stuff. It's starting to get more challenging now.

    I'm doing the same except one arm row for the pull exercise. Am doing pullups and dips separately in the day as my pullup bar is on a tree in the garden and my kettlebells are inside...
