    Caravan and Motorhome cleaning

When your leisure vehicle is less active in our soggy Isles the build up of mold and black marks is annoying and can eventually cause damage. There are proprietary so-called specialist cleaners that can be bought to address this. However they can be very expensive eg £10 for half a liter. I use bathroom mold cleaner which can be as little as £1 a half ltr. I have a water fed extendable car brush that can also reach the roof of our van. Any decent shampoo like Autoglym to follow up. The green and black marks will stay at bay for a few months after this treatment.

Looking to clean our caravan for winter. Probably do with a long brush for the roof clean and thought of maybe covering the roof with some sort of sheet after clean

I've been told you must have breathable cover or the moisture is just trapped. I hate heights so I sometimes pop my head through the roof skylight to clean the top.
