As per title we are looking to appoint a new Trustee of a Trust created within a Will a number of years ago and the chap has passed away.
Anyone able to help, know of a template or whether a Solicitor is needed.
I’m not a solicitor but I’m STEP qualified and own a trust company and have prepared more than a few of these over the years. I’ll be happy to help, pro bono of course. I’m travelling presently but if you can PM me your contact details perhaps we can have a chat about it over the weekend?
