Buying shares as a one off...easiest way?

Just a quick one, looking to buy some shares as a one off on Monday morning, ideally completely on line with no human contact would be easiest?

is that possible and if not whats the easiest way for a one off? Not a significant value.

    Thx
    Tim

I did just this recently... I used Hargreaves Landsdown but there are loads of others out there too - if you haven't used your ISA up yet this year can buy shares in an ISA with them, they charge a fee for individual shares but the app is pretty good

Always worth a read on Martin Lewis's site:

Might not give you the complete answer, but useful guidance.

I use H.L. and AJ Bell. Both totally online - although if you want to buy/trade US stocks you’ll need to fill out a tax form first (BEN10 or something - or was that a cartoon?).
HL walked me through it easily enough but took a few days before I could trade.

EToro are good if you want to turn stuff over quickly, buy and sell - but it’s not buying the underlying stock like with the others above.

Hope it’s not TCG. Good luck what ever it is.
