Last week I posted a query about a home CCTV system and specifically an enquiry as to whether anyone had any experience of a product badged as ZXTECH sold on eBay by an eBay shop Domar Solutions.

Out of the blue last night I had a PM from a member on here called PANTHER who had nothing but praise for the product and the seller. He had bought one and so had his dad. He couldn't speak highly enough for the system.

I looked a little further and noticed he had zero posts prior to messaging me and in fact had only joined the forum yesterday. A little more digging and I found ZXTECH systems were manufactured in Shenzhen China by a company called Panther electronics.

I doubt he will be a regular contributor on here. I was however impressed at his sales infiltration technique

Hi. I have got a ZXtech IP camera system with an 8 channel Zxtech mini NVR (2TB). Before I bought my system I've made a research on the web and in forums as well. ZXtech is a valuable brand has developed for about three years. The cameras have SONY chipsets that means you get a really good quality and they have wide range of products. I have chosen ZXtech from Domar. I have replaced my old analog D1 system with this IP kit. I've recieved the kit on the next day and it was easy to set the system up cause everything is plug&play. I watched my property with my mobile during my holiday (P2P). The quality of the picture is really beautiful. You can zoom in a lot. Btw I have 2MP cameras. I have bought another kit for my parents with two ZXtech Baby Bullet IP and built-in PoE NVR (500gb) a month ago. My father installed the cameras on the wall, but I called Domar and asked them for remote setup service because of my father's age and my schedule. According to him it took some minutes only for them to set up the router, the computer and the whole system. So all in all, they are specialist. They give 1yr warranty for the products.

I would guess a lot of companies regularly do keyword internet searches ( or have a bot do it) and the proactive ones follow these sort of posts up.

If they posted openly on the thread I would be impressed and listen but these pretend recommendations would make me avoid the company completely.
