This was a local authority community bus but is now a camper. It’s based on a VW T5. Most of the interior is made from recycled materials and finds, and it is kitted for off grid camping. More pics to follow if people are interested.

Keep the pics rolling
Looks awesome 😎
Looks great. Might I suggest getting some M&S tyres for a more rugged look?
Like it, yes some grabber tyres would transform the look
I see it had the rail tracking for the seats, did you retain any of it internally. I'm just getting quotes for my T6 conversion for a day van/camper and some hefty quotes. I fancy the tracking system for the seats/bed in mine but it's going to add about another 2k so decisions decisions
Keep up the good work and yes please, more pictures as you progress
Make security of the doors and windows a priority as they are a week point.
Deffo need some more interior pics.
I think your biggest problem for a conversion based on a minibus like this is acres of single-glazed windows and doors. It will gain and lose heat immensely quickly, so you will need to think sensibly about where and in what orientation you are pitching.
More pics please. Just bought a T6 Kombi so looking for inspiration.
Yes, T6 forum is essential study although as with this forum it encourages you to spend too much money.
I had a LWB T5 shuttle and it was significantly shorter then that! Reckon it looks like it could be really nice and different. Good pick up if it's mechanically sound.
