Perrelet Strap interchangeability

Surely someone here would know this :)

I want to change the strap on a Perrelet Turbine A1064 (44mm), do I have any other options other than the exact replacement? The one for the A1064 is unfortunately a "cut to size" strap and I want something a bit more flexible.

I was wondering if perhaps the Perrelet Turbine Diver A1067 (47mm) strap with a more conventional tongue buckle and strap would fit? I called the agents and they don't seem to know.

For the Archives, the official response from Perrelet has finally come back:

Unfortunately the strap from the A1067/1 doesn't fit to the A1064.

We can only replace it for a new one from the same model.

Not too surprised at the cases were different sizes, but it appears the straps are too.
