    Car Boot Sunday/Monday update.

Car boot sale this morning at Ipplepen cricket ground. Not a bad haul !
Seven watches and a French striking clock.
The clock is 17 inches tall. Runs OK but the porcelain tiles need centring.
The watches are all silver and cylinder escapements except for the stop watch and 30s watch with cathedral hands which are Swiss jewelled levers. One of the cylinder fobs has a nice engraving.

Nothing very exciting but the boot sales aren't too bad around here so far.

That is funny ! Reminds me of Annette Kurtin. Quality of car boot finds is definitely going down but apparently someone found a Submariner recently. Wasn't me !
