Squale Vintage Master..the sky blue dial to end all sky blue dials

This is one the small run of 60 pieces they made in 39mm using a batch of vintage inserts from the factory, limited to just 20 in this colour configuration.

I know Squale get some flack, but i really think this is gorgeous on a sunny day. The hues of blue are bright and light and it's just a really feel-good piece.

Thoughts on the ultimate blue dial timepiece? FPJ Chronometre Bleu must come close.

Lovely watch. These were the Page & Cooper models? I fancied one when they were released but the price put me off. Probably not so bad in hindsight but 5 years ago it felt like a lot.

I'm a big Squale fan but they cheapened the brand when they started knocking out Sub-alikes and GMT Master homages. Squale has enough in its back catalogue to be proud of but I suppose there's money in Subs.

I like a blue dial too...

Here's a pic of a couple - the Bremont has gone but the Chronoswiss is still with me...

Pav worked his magic again with a custom strap

There are some more nice blue dials in this thread

Nice one but even among Squale the one I like is this ( even if not sky blue)

Squale certainly do stunning blue dials. This is the most vivid one I have at the moment. A Marinemaster Limited Edition. The colour, together with the texture of the dial, really makes it pop in the sunshine. Not my photo as mine are shocking, and this one actually shows off the dial at its best...

I've a lot of love for squale and these watches and their brethren. But I'll never buy one. How hard can it be for them to offer these kinds of divers watches with a fitted bracelet rather than either leather?? Else a mesh bracelet that just looks aftermarket and cheap.

This is a fantastic design for a divers watch, but they want to sell it as a desk diver. That's a no from me.
