My Seiko 6309-7290

I'm no expert on these old Seiko Diver's, but I picked this up from a very nice gentleman in Whitby.

He brought it in the early 80's from an Army base in Germany, from an American PX shop.

I believe it's all Original, but was hoping some of you nice gentleman would give me your opinion on it.
