How much thicker is it compared to the quartz version? The bezel, case and caseback all look slightly thicker to my eyes?

The quartz was 8.4mm, the automatic is 11.4mm. The NE15 is 5.32mm thick, the 331.103 quartz is 2.5mm.

Love it. But I'm thinking it won't fit as good on the wrist being thicker than the quartz. Would like to see a pic from the side on the wrist.

Won't it be a bit more anti-magnetic than 4800 A/m because of the cover?

It doesn't have a soft iron dial so possibly not. It's been tested at 4800 A/m though and passed.

More than enough for reaching into the microwave to get my porridge.

Does it have X1 C3 lume like the new PRS10?

No, I was too late to get it for this one, the dials had already been done when I asked.

If it's anywhere close to the lume on the previous model then it doesn't matter much. It's a very welcome upgrade on the PRS10 though.

I'm really tempted by this, trying to work out if the lug-to-lug will fit me ok!

    And it's up at £235 - what a bargain 😎👍

I’m very tempted too, I really like the bullhead style, although I guess, strictly speaking, with only a single “pusher”/crown, it should perhaps be described as a “unicornhead”.

More realistic than unicorns, at any rate. And with the added bonus of a nautical connection. We might even see dials with “feet”, “metres” and “narwhals” to show how waterproof a watch is!

Thanks Adam! Do you have any pics of the side profile when it's on your wrist. Also, what size is your wrist?

Just a quick snap on the phone so no time lag as you can see from the second hand.

    How’s this?

I’m not sure on wrist size, there’s still 6 holes in the NATO if that helps. This is bigger than most I wear but sits comfy as it wraps around.

    Cheers,
    Adam.

Looks great! What size watches or what other watches do you also own, which fit you just fine? Thanks for answering my questions and being so helpful.

My usual wears are 36mm, either a PRS29 AM or an Everest.
I have a few other occasional wearers up to 40mm, nothing bigger...

    Cheers,
    Adam.

That fills me with confidence, as I only wear watches under 40mm, with my largest watch being my 39mm BB58. Do you have any pics of your PRS-29 on your wrist, as it's 47mm lug to lug. Thanks again mate.
