Eddie said a while ago that it may return in PRS-17Q form. I would love it if it was reissued with both the Precista 88 and 89 dial iterations.

I'd love to see a -17a or -17q out again.
Maybe in 2020 or '21? It seems there are enough watches coming out from Eddie this year that it's already a financial challenge.
I rather like this version.

Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".
Its not a rumour. I’ve got a Sinn 815:

The Tutima came in date, no-date, SS and black versions, but I don’t know if the “2000” on the case is from a franken. Tutima also made a chronograph version very much like the PRS-17C and branded versions with other names like Beems on the dial as an additional name.
I’ve also got many other watches having the same case, but with differing names on the dial.

Timelord, thank you very much for the link. Brilliant work. I will look out for variations in this case as it fits my wrist very comfortably and I enjoy it's slightly quirky shape.

Interesting article very enjoyable.

Nice article about the Sinn 815:

I had a 17A and miss it, I'd be keen on a re-issue if you did it, Eddie. (I've tried to replace it a couple of times via WTB, but with no joy.)

Skating away on the thin ice of a new day
Eddie posted pictures of the PRS-17 case minus the bezel in another thread about upcoming watches. Does anyone know where?
All very nice. I would love to see the return of this model. I had both versions at one time or another. Foolishly they both got flipped.
I have one of these and it gets a lot of wrist time as it's very comfortable, and a bit different. I can also add that I have been timing it over the last 10 days with the Time Is website and it hasn't lost or gained a second. So, I hope Eddie doesn't reissue them as I like that there aren't many around. Does that make me selfish....
I was thinking today that a perfect way for this one to return would be as a true GMT with the Ronda Cal515.24H
