Happy Friday all!
Wanted to try a Panerai for years - Luminor vs Radiomir, sausage vs sandwich, seconds vs base, ETA vs in-house etc, etc. It's hurt my head! After I finally decided what I wanted the watch was collected this morning, PAM00183 for those not "in the know". I feel this is closest to the DNA of "pocket watch converted to be worn on the wrist" and the running seconds at 9 make the watch appear a little smaller on the wrist than the base model with more empty space, and (in my view) more in keeping with the appearance of a pocket watch rotated through 90 degrees. A happy chappy!
