Very smart
I’d love a pair of John Lobb Riva
No longer made unfortunately and also rather pricey
Since we have a winterboot thread, I thought this was appropriate.
I'm more of a sturdy boots (R.M. Williams, Paraboot) kind of guy, but since going to Suriname regularly I'm also addicted to good slippers/flipflops. But my employer wasn't to keen about short trousers including flipflops, so I had to find an alternative.
This dandy oldtimer is now going to wear the below pictured footwear when the weather turns nice.....
Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!

Last year I discovered Hey Dude shoes, unbelievably comfy with great styles and colour schemes.
I have a pair of Wally's and will be adding another colour or two this year.

As soon as the temperatures allow, it's off with the socks and R.M. Williams, and on with the Source Gobis, the sandal equivalent of the RMWs.

Summer it's Teva sandals, Birkenstock thongs, deck shoes or suede driving shoes a la lounge lizard, trainers for the squash court

Another Teva man here, usually Hurricanes or Winsteads. Their outlet shop is pretty good too.
If I'm going somewhere dressy, I might wear Birkenstocks...

+1 on Teva's
Keen Clearwater here. For hours on the RIB and the keelboat. The nose perfectly protects the toes and the material is more or less water-repellant. Driving a classic car with the narrow pedal arrangement is something else... I wear not-so-chunky shoes then.
Working in the garden. clogs or wooden shoes. Yes, people still wear them.
In and around the house: Birkenstock. Point is that the first thing I do when I return from work is putting my socks in the hamper. I prefer to walk with bare feet. But that's not always possible (garage, driveway etc), that's where my Birkenstocks come in handy.

I'm chav-meister general when it comes to hot weather wear.
Flip flops are no good to me, I don't like toe posts and need arch support so these slides fit the bill.
I spend a couple of months a year in Florida and they are great for getting out of the pool, washing the beach sand off under the hose or slopping around a shop.
Cheers,
Neil.
Avoiding the 'No Shoes, No Shirts, No Service' shops and restaurants, I guess. Most of them have a 'No Pets Allowed' sign as well, I think.I spend a couple of months a year in Florida and they are great for getting out of the pool, washing the beach sand off under the hose or slopping around a shop.

I switch between a classic Sebago boat shoe (proper ones you can get saltwater on, soak in a bucket and they dry off like new) and chequered slip-on Vans. This has been the case since I was about 16 and now I’m 50 I see no reason to change! Please note this is a strictly no socks situation
