    Ulysse Nardin GMT +/- Perpetual

    Hi Guys,

I would be interested to know if anyone here has owned or currently owns one?

    https://www.fratellowatches.com/ulys...ndayz-week-52/

I have been offered one brand new at what I think is a great deal, just want to know what they are like to live with? I have been offered a rose gold version and I think the complication is a lovely piece.

    Thanks
    Mark

Not owned one and have no intention of owning one but I'd hate to think how much that costs to service.

I personally think its a very nice watch and one that currently fits the bill of my next purchase, dress watch, complication, not too large, under the radar manufacture.

Would it impertinent to ask what price this is being offered at?

Feel free to PM me if you rather not post this openly.

Oh, and if you have not guessed its a 10/10 from me.

Malcolm68 probably has or had one, he's a big UN fan/collector.

Personally, I'm a UN fan and would have one at the right money.

Also interested to know what sort of money we're talking about.

And from me too. Never owned a UN perpetual calendar but I love 'em!

I also like this particular watch. Love the big date, discreet GMT hand, and a proper perpetual movement too. Price are around £14k used so not cheap, but it's a lot of watch for the money!

On a side not, the man behind the movement of this watch Ludwig Oechslin is the man responsible for the perpetual calendar for Ochs und Junior.

A man with plenty of pedigree behind him

    Looks cluttered and unbalanced...

Seems very reasonable, what colour dial?

The dial is the white one, with Roman numeral hour markers.

Price seems good to me. Watchfinder currently have a platinum version from 2005 up for nearly £17k. Will it come with a manufacturer warranty or equivalent from the seller for peace of mind?
I personally love the look of this and UN really are a great maker. You’ll be unlikely to run into someone wearing the same model which adds to the appeal for me.

That a nice watch, not too dear compared to some, I would have one.
