    100%, defo coffee time!

I think i have sold this 590 4 times maybe, and 4 times brought it back! Was the first Pam i bought that started the Panerai madness.

This arrived today and i think itll last longer than its predecessor (JLC Polaris Mariner). Green is the new blue imo
    😁

Excuse the outrage of a strap, i have a nice dark brown leather number that should have arrived by now on order from Panerai.

Lovely. Ive been looking at these with the aim of adding one to the collection for a while now. Id be interested in your thoughts on the green dial? Some pictures suggest its quite dark and then others a pale green.

    Enjoy.

I like the green, the whole colour palette works well imo, it's a mid green but more often looks dark than light I find. Pale is probably only under harsh lighting.

Love the green dial. I also love the strap, but then I am known for my outlandish taste in straps.
Be interested in your thoughts on the 1940 case. Nev and I have debated the "a panerai must have that crown guard" issue

As soon as the ponte vecchio arrives the strap will be on SC ;)

I have to say i get the debate, to me the crown guard is one of the things that draws me to panerai but to be honest i have always found the rad case type much more easy to wear and comfortable (with a shirt). The 1940s isnt as comfy as a wire lugged rad but easier to wear than a 1950s case imo.

Niall have to say i love this, apart from the strap which unsurprisingly Rob likes! The green of the dial is unlike any other. If this had the crown guard I'd be all in on it.

    Enjoy!! its a great Pam.
