Is there a way to access your mailbox through the app? Every time I try and do it on my phone via the website I get this Sky pop up saying I’ve been selected for an iPhone, a Samsung and an Aldi gift card which then diverts the page. Infuriating!

Not sure about the app, but I access the forum on an iphone and I constantly get the “you’ve been selected...” pop-up which you can’t get rid of. It’s infurating because once the pop-up alert happens, you can’t get rid of it. I’ve even set safari and chrome to stop pop-up windows but it doesn’t work because it’s an alert.
Exactly, I’ve tried to block the pop up too but it keeps appearing. Don’t seem to have any problems when access via the web on my iPad but I don’t always have that with me.
