Mine's the Rolex you don't have a return address for
Can TZ customers please remember to include their full name and return address inside or outside of parcels containing watches sent to me for repair.
I get an average of 5 parcels a week without any return details and have to trawl through old emails, PM's, texts, phone calls to try to match the watch with the owner. TZ nicknames also confuse the situation.
Even harder when I have several customers with the same surname.
Many thanks.

They are ALL mine! Send them to me ASAP! (once they are fixed anyway!)
I’ve had similar problems. A short covering note with the sender’s full details is a big help. I often get watches sent with no return address details on the outside of the package, or sometimes just a barely legible scribbled postcode. The return adress is an important safeguard, if the item can’t be delivered, or if the sender’s addressed it wrongly, the return address us vital, so why don’t people ensure its clear, complete and legible!
Whilst I haven't lost a watch in my life, one of the prominent Swiss companies used to put all unknown sender watches in a drawer then make the owner sweat when he got in touch ! They would make him go through a really thorough identification process. Not funny really.
While I think of it, I have had valuable watches arrive in little more than an envelope and others turn up in a box 2 foot cubed with six feet of bubble wrap.
I love it !

Must admit, I’m guilty of sending you packages with no details. Funny how I’ve never really given it a thought.
