For some reason I have a particular affinity for watches from defunct brands. I particularly enjoy the Cortébert and Mudu watches that I own. I would be keen to see other people's watches from brands that are no more.

I too was saddened to hear that Rolex and Tudor had decided to close down.
That second Cortebert is very lovely indeed; thanks for showing it!
Love this bronze polluce. Anonimo continued under new management but to me the original Anonimo is dead. They even put the name on the dial now which was kind of the point of the brand.

Not dead as such... but long gone from its funky 60-70s French heritage is LIP. I love the Ninja and the Newman!
Majex. I own a few, all picked up from eBay. All different and lots of enjoyment for very little cash.
Leonidas.
Merged with Heuer in the early '60's.
Cheers,
Neil.
Have to post some Helvetias. Originally part of The General Watch Co along with Omega etc. etc. Survived through the 20th Century heyday of mechanical wristwatches before disappearing (almost) in the quartz crisis.
Plenty more where these came from.
