Hodinkee are touting a Milgauss update this year and have a mock up on their site

I noticed that but potentially a red herring. Their social media people seem to go in phases - they're on a two tone date just hit at the moment, before Christmas we had a couple of weeks of GMT master. Though the Milgauss post did go on for a month which is significant.
Seems counter intuitive to me though to plug the old so heavily prior to a new one - its not like they've got warehouses of them to clear.
My apologies Monochrome

I actually like that mock-up. They'd have to discontinue the current Milgauss range though including the Z-blue, right?
Easier to promote the significance of a new model with historic design cues if the profile of the model and it's roots are raised, maybe.

I’m on the fence whilst I like the mock up I really like the current Milgauss especially the lightning second hand

I like the idea of a space dweller very much. Let’s just hope it’s <40mm
I really want that 'polar' dial Explorer. I'll have to dream until Eddie gets his skates on with the white PRS-25.
An AD informed me that he expects the Rolex site to show a preview of the new watches on the 20th. It wasn’t clear what time it would be but likely to be early evening GMT. That said I’m new to this forum and I didn’t know about Baselworld until January this year.
Let’s hope this tip proves true
Welcome!
You’re new here, aren’t you? Have a read of some of the Rolex threads. Their business model these days is to launch new watches that everyone wants but make supply so limited that no-one can get hold of them at list price unless they are a regular big spender with their local AD.
Unless you have have unlimited resources, your best bet is to get something pre-owned.
Just to be clear - you’ll not get any sort of discount at all on the Rolex professional steel sport models. As for the new models - you’ll be extremely lucky to even get on a waiting list. If they offered you a sub at list price, with no lengthy wait you should have taken it 100%
Not wishing to be harsh, and no offence meant, but it appears you have no current knowledge of Rolex supply, demand and pricing. As I said earlier, have a read of the various Rolex threads and you'll see where things are at currently. If you were offered a 116610 at list price, that's probably as good as it gets. You will not get anywhere near a new (stainless steel) Submariner, if one emerges in a few weeks.
Ok il chime in...AD I spoke to today seems to think it could be a new sub as he said last year Rolex introduced a new GMT as did Tudor and he “knows” Tudor are releasing a new sub this year so surmises Rolex may do the same. Either that or the explorer 11 is his prediction.
Great wind up, caught a few kippers there for breakfast.
My money is on a blue SS Submariner
A steel smurf.... Also in short supply no doubt.
I'd like to see a white dial explorer
I’d still like to See this made, been suggesting it for 2 years
RIAC
Either of the above two would be spot on... And impossible to get!
Probably this one
Teaser updated on Twitter this morning and my money's on a White Gold Turn-O-Graph....
In hindsight I agree but I can't think what else would have a fluted bezel and a 'toothed' (?) case-back??
As others have opined I now also think there's two different watches in the teaser, if there is I think perhaps new Exp II's (hence the black/white gold hand differences between the two teasers).
The hands are not black imo, just white gold reflecting dark surroundings.
Does anyone know at what time these will be on reveal tomorrow ?
