    New smart strap

    Saw this on the BBC

Very inninovitive but i would either wear a conventional watch or go for a stand alone smart watch

I was hoping it was just the clasp, but the links are also needed.

Just seen this. It's an interesting idea but it's £399 and finding a watch that the strap would work with may be a challenge. Can't see meany people sticking one on their Rolex or Patek. If you're just going to stick it on a cheap watch, you might as well just buy a smart watch.

It has been tried before a couple of times but it did not succeed. The Montblanc e-strap, also the MMT e-strap come to mind.

I like it, but a bit steep price wise
