    Recommendations for Quartz Repair / Servicing?

    My 20+ yr old quartz Tag 2000 is in need of a service, apparently. It's stopped twice since I had a new battery fitted today. Any thoughts on a good option for servicing / repair?

    Are you able to find out what movement it has? It may be more economical to buy a new one.

    Paul (walkerwek1958) recently replaced the quartz movement on my wife's watch as it was more economical than a repair. It may be worth contacting him.

    IIRC, the movements in these come in at less than 20 quid.
