    Uncle Seiko UK

A heads up to the new Uncle Seiko UK website...

    https://www.uncleseiko.co.uk

I have no affiliation with Uncle Seiko but have bought a SKX oyster bracelet from his main US website, then stung with import charges. Obviously this will no longer happen. Quality is excellent and his customer service was superb. Nice to see a good alternative to Strapcode which seems to be getting very expensive these days.

Thanks for the heads up. Bought a Tropic from the US site and like you the postage and import charges made it very expensive for a rubber strap! Quality is second to none though and (probably) better than the originals, so no complaints...

Ahh I bought a bracelet from him not long ago, this would have been much better!

    Uncle Seiko UK

Just received my new Super Oyster from Martin at Uncle Seiko UK for my newly acquired Turtle SRP777. What great service, ordered at 3pm and received the next day! Just how we like it in the watch world, no waiting for international shipping and custom clearance. Perfect!

Anyway, I can only say how impressed I am with the bracelet. The end links were super tight to fit with the fat spring bars but with a little perseverance and patience it’s possible. The end result is perfectly fitting solid end links. For some reason the Uncle Seiko bracelet feels and looks more retro (in a positive way) than the ‘snaggletooth’ Strapcode.

Buy with confidence from Martin in the UK, Uncle Seiko as a whole has great customer service.

    Here’s a quick picture...

Wonder if the waffle strap would suit my Tuna?

I used them a few weeks ago
Service was great and the straps are lovely.
Bought a waffle for my thin case 6309 and a tropic for the MM300.
The straps come with good quality fat spring bars as well.

Just seen the tropic. Very nice, better than the waffle do you think?

If I am honest I prefer the waffle strap.
    It’s more Seiko

Got fed up of waiting for them to restock the bracelets so ordered from Strapcode instead.

Yes the UK site is a great development.
I have three US straps, a waffle, a tropic and a GL831 - the last two bought from the UK site.
They’re all sitting nicely on Seiko watches and are great straps.
I’m now considering the chocolate bar strap for my MM300.

Indeed and the Z199 bracelet seems to have been out of stock for a couple of months, may order from US.

    Cheers

I have an Uncle Seiko waffle on my 6105 and LOVE it. In fact, I just ordered the tire tread rubber strap too...can’t wait to get it.

Nice looking site and I've had some of his straps before. Sadly everything I wanted was either out of stock or not available for a Turtle. :(

Ordered my tropic on the us website on the 25th of April costs me around £7.3 don't understand why the seller did not point that out..

Most items are still out of stock. I know it's quality stuff and therefore sells quickly but no stock is really frustrating.
