Some people have been allowed to get away with some really dodgy stuff, paying for kiddie porn as research doesn't make you persona non grata, Elvis doesn't get dragged through the mud despite Priscilla being quite young when they met...there are countless other examples, I won't feel bad for tapping my foot to thriller or another of his tracks....

I don’t really get writing off someone’s work because they’re a pedophile or whatever. If I liked his music I still would.
As for the TV film, just tedious viewing IMO, couldn’t watch more than 30 minutes worth.
I used to like the Lostprophets but can’t listen to anything they produced now. I guess we are all different.
Watched both parts, difficult viewing in places.
I suspect no-one will ever know the full truth now.
