Sooner or later they will split up and one will allege the other was driving and then it becomes perjury and custodial for one of them.

Looks like she was done for drunk in charge as opposed to drink driving.
There is...link...but I think they went with Excess Alcohol (in charge)...the latter having the greater penalty.
How does her having to pay a victim surcharge work? Who was the victim?
