Only just discovered this guy, but at an output of 12 watches per year he and his team manufacture every single part.

Part 1 was also interesting. Check out RS's Youtube channel, several fascinating series on how he makes various parts ie dials, cases etc, using George Daniels' old machinery a lot of the time.

Magirus, yes you are right part 1 is good. As Im based in the aerospace quarter of East Lancashire I have seen a fair few cnc milling machines.

What I have never seen is parts so small that his machinist turns out of those tiny blanks!
