Possibly original dial repainted by an imaginative artist - the 12 would have been next to the crown.
If the original pocket watch was a hunter, the crown could have originally been at 3, so this could be the original dial.
Then again the sub-dial would probably be in the wrong place.
This one has some design similarities.
