Start to to end History of the modern Submariner and a rare watch. What’s the point of this forum of late buddy. To tell the truth the forum has went a bit limp compared to the early days when the forum was not just a load of empty posts. Do you not agree. Then again times have changed.

100% correct and also a reference 5512.

I'm back to the forum after a long break, so disappointed to hear that things may have declined!

Anyway, I'm keen to continue learning. I always understood that the 5512 had four lines of writing on the dial ("certified chronometer" etc and the 5513 two. But this (absolutely gorgeous looking) 5512 has only two lines - when did it change to four?
