Android Photo Editing App

I need an Android app that will allow me to isolate a portion of a photo and then make the rest black&white, like in the following example:



I've tried both Photoshop Express and Lightroom CC, but it doesn't seem to allow selection.

There's a 'Color selection' feature in the default photo editing app on my Note 8, but, again, I can't limit it just to the area I want (i.e. it will show, for example, the orange colour in the entire image)

Any suggestions please?

Snapseed doesn't do what the OP is asking for though... at least if it does I've never found it.

Thanks for the suggestions.

There's a bit of fine-tuning with the brush/eraser required, but I can get that effect with the Splash tool in Pixlr, so I'm sorted for now (although I'm still interested in an app that has the Lasso selection option from Photoshop).
