Those look like a fine pair. How come you went for the fois as the base for the first one, rather than a plain speedy?
of Speedmasters......
I know modding standard watches can be love or hate but I am really pleased with the end results.
My FOIS has gone from

I saw this vintage piece years ago on WUS and always loved the look with the red second hand and telemeter bezel.

What a great looking watch the Speedmaster is. Every time i see one, I think it looks just right. Must unearth mine and wear it again. Nice pair!
Really like the panda with white strap, not something I have done yet, but that change to the seconds hand is cracking

Really nice mod , also tastefully done with a homage in mind.
Do you find you have a preference between them now?
I do think that Panda looks superb, especially on the white rubber strap.
Great results,love the red seconds

Whatever grabs you.
To my eye the red jars.
On the Panda the "lollipop" on the sub seconds would benefit from being painted black leaving the sticks white.
Gray
Both look amazing - the Panda works really well across many straps.
Is that the 'Snoopy' strap it's on, or an homage to it? It looks especially nice on that IMO, the white stitching picks up the white of the dial.
The title of this thread triggered a memory back from when my son was about 5 and we were being dragged around shops by my wife and daughter.
In an attempt to stave off the catastrophic boredom that was creeping up on us, we were playing Eye-Spy.
We were in a ladies shoe shop and it was my turn;
'I spy with my little eye something beginning with B'
'err, umm, give me a clue dad'
'women have them and they come in pairs'
At this point my 'you're going to get into trouble if you continue' radar flicked alive, but as it was a case of death by boredom I continued.
Plenty of looking around from my son followed by, 'give me another clue dad'
'that lady over there has a magnificent pair' - said deliberately slightly too loud and causing a dozen heads to whip around in my direction with eyes of pure menace.
'err, umm', son frantically trying to think of the answer, a dozen women hoping he didn't,
'oh I know dad!'
'Boots'
Close as I will get. On my AT bracelet which has been brushed.
