Dell XPS 13 Screen gone weird?

My XPS13 screen has gone a bit weird, it's got the FHD screen and is the 9360 with i7 processor (Intel IRIS?), nothing seems to be doing anything, any IT gurus know what the issue is, or is this a new screen?

i'm also not sure how tinypic has flipped the pic round either!

It looks like there might be a bit of info to be found through googling.

Does it change if you move the lid?

It looks a bit like the ribbon cable connecting the LCD panel to the motherboard could be damaged or loose.

Plug a monitor/TV into your laptop with a VGA or HDMI cable. if the display is fine on the monitor its an issue with the screen.

I've done the bits that google reference, such as the drivers and self diagnostics, still no fix, it's definitely the screen as a screenshot shows the normal page, so guessing it could be a loose connection?

Loose ribbon from what I’ve seen would normally result in a screen where the overall tint randomly varies? So the screen would go all pink etc.
