I’ve seen many great fundraisers on here – so figured another good cause might get some help from us TZ-ers.
On the weekend of Saturday 27th April my brother & a team of 15 colleagues will take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge.
The Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge is a 24 mile circuit taking in the 3 peaks of Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough.
It involves just over 5,000 feet of ascent and it is intended to be completed within 12 hours.
This is quite a tough challenge but with the right training beforehand can be achieved in the allotted time.

Oh my word, I'm absolutely gobsmacked.
I'm really going to enjoy getting to grips with all of the complications and functions - particularly that slide rule bezel which is so up my street
Many thanks to zelig and congratulations again to the team who completed the challenge, raising a fabulous total for such an excellent cause.

Congratulations Mr. C., nice to see some Karma come your way after all your efforts.
Congrats Mr C - what goes around....
I'm really impressed with my first Orient, there's a hell of a lot packed into it and it has received Mrs C's seal of approval. I've something of an interest* in circular slide rules so the sliding concentric bezel feature is a real bonus. Massive gratitude and respect to all of the fundraisers involved
*Okay, more of an obsession.
Awesome. So glad it found a fitting home.
Thanks again to all who supported the 3 peaks challenge for MIND.
