Thanks, it's a ref. 176.007 from around 1972 - 1974

They seemed to be much more common when I first joined the forum, and it was the first watch I properly obsessed over for a good couple of years before finding this one :)

Hadn't worn it for ages until putting it on that Corfam-style strap recently, and have worn pretty much nothing else for the last couple of weeks now.

In the shade the dial looks almost matt dark-blue, but when the sun catches it the lovely sunburst pattern appears:

That's really lovely. I regret selling my Longines orange bezel diver hummer....ah well.

You could try Paul at Electric Watches, he might know about the crystal. He did a great job of servicing my Longines hummer.

Trying the Landmaster on some different straps. NATOs (sorry) work well, and today it’s on a Fluco flieger strap which is actually quite a nice balance.
