Advice on how and with who to send a watch to the USA please thanks in advance
...Or Generally overseas please
Depends on the value I would say.
I only have experience of shipping 'cheapish' watches abroad (£100s) and for that I've simply used Royal Mail tracked and signed. Never had a problem.
It's been covered many, many, many times before …

Sent once with UPS (insured). Smooth, without any problems - buyer had it on his wrist in about 50 hours form shipping.

If it’s sub £250 you can send tracked and signed with RM for about £15.
Over that it gets a lot more expensive, you’ll also need to use a main post office as it’s parcelforce that handles more valuable items.
For more expensive watches I've used DHL. Not cheap, and you need to purchase insurance in addition, but always arrived quickly and without any hassle.
I’ve used Mailboxes Etc. a few times.
