Obviously out hosts watches are great and I have been impressed with both Helson and Crepas, however in my opinion MKII tops them all. They are a fair bit more pricey though.

Always have a weakness for micro brands and all 4 above (Timefactors, Helson, Crepas and Mkii) are my favourites to date.

I guess if you'r willing to include smaller brands as well as micros, then Damasko, Sinn and Stowa have surely got to be in the mix?
for pure microbrand, I've had nothing finer than my A-13-A pilots chrono- fantastic finish, spec and functionality for the price, even better if you can find one used.

I would definitely have a look at Halios. Very good value in my opinion and they’re not afraid of colour - sky blue, yellow etc. Here is my slightly more sober, dark blue Seaforth...

And the owner of FE-00(Frankenstein) also agrees, but is bound to as I'm a touch biased. FE-000 is of indeterminate age now as I think I've tinkered with and modified everything from the original except the movement base.
