    NATO FOR THE WIN !!!

While putting off the skiing suit , I realize I’ve been so well inpsired too choose a NATO for my X-33 . For sure I would have lost it with the original titanium bracelet

That depends on the spring bars. Some spring bars are notorious for being pulled off by a fabric strap tugging and working on the bar’s shoulders.

Does this model have drilled-through lugs? Go shoulderless spring bars. If not, find some with lower profile shoulders. ;)

Lost the springbar pre-undressing, and just discovered the save now, or was it lost in the process of de-robing?
I have had bars pull out with NATO and Rubber straps before, gripping in the shoulders of the springbar

No drilled lug , this is why i went for shouldered springbars, I will look for lower profile shoulders , but vendors doesn’t talk about those criteria very much on the net , it seems to be a go & try quest ;)

Try for Seiko-style fat bars ... they're on top (#1) in these pics (Maratac shoulderless bars on the bottom).

Of course, if you only use them with nylon straps, you could install shoulderless style, so long as you know you have to cut them out when you want to switch to a bracelet. I sometimes forget that option.
