    Omegmasters

Not so much love of these diving legends?
The vintage versions are so special and starting to gain the attention they deserve judging on prices being commanded. Much more fare than Rolex Submariners.
Just wish I had have kept all my previously own few and had bought the issued 300 I could have.

Seamaster 166.024. Actually a Watchco effort but with a tritium dial. Long gone now though.

And with a 2254.50, also long gone.

    Cheers,

Based on the lume alone mine is either a modern one or a serviced one; I don't know which (I acquired it 12 years ago from America).

Mine is a parts watch with an Omega 552 movement from 1967. I bought all the parts new and had the watch serviced and assembled in 2012. It runs like a champ.

Lovely ! Are the parts easy to obtain? Are they new or were they used parts?

Every part except the movement was a brand new Omega OEM replacement part. Unfortunately Omega stopped selling parts in 2015.

IMHO probably the best looking diver ever made. I love the size, shape and depth - perfect.
