Ireland were woeful. It amazing to think that just a few months ago were being talked up as World Cup contentors (having beaten NZ twice) - no chance now. The worse game I have seen Sexton play ever.

Now for England to hopefully bury Scotland and finish on a high. Looks like a good start
I thought the ref was pretty good overall, and pinged both sides for similar infringements.

Once Ireland had gone behind though, and with their ill discipline taking a toll, chasing that game down in those conditions was too much even for them.

Wales defence was excellent, putting Ireland under pressure all the time, and they strangled the life out of Ireland in the second half.

As for the current game, got to fear for Scotland now, they’re taking a pounding.

Congratulations to Wales. To not only win the six nations but also the Grand Slam given the way England are currently playing, clearly shows just how strong Welsh rugby is at the moment.

Yep, congratulations to Wales; an outstanding 6 Nations and Grand Slam. England currently looks as though it's about to embarrass Scotland.

I don't think I've ever seen a turn around like this. The amazing thing is that Scotland have truly stepped up, however, England have completely switched off.

Woa, I had this on in the background as I was working but I've put everything down now to watch the last ten minutes. Amazing.

    Eng/Scot

Before half time 31 - 0 and I decide not to watch the rest of the humiliation.
Pop back into it at 70 chuffing minutes and it's 31 - 31.
What the hell did the Scots have at half time 👀

I’m guessing that England were a bit tired after making so many tackles in the rest of the tournament.

That second half sums up why England won't win the World Cup. Not mentally tough enough.

Funny the great tackle in the corner at the end probably cost Scotland the match.
If that had been a score it would have been a nightmare conversion from the touchline but hey ho I turned TV off at 31-7 and rejoined at 31-31

Oh I dunno. shows incredible character to come back from 31-0 down at Twickenham and proceed to score SIX unanswered tries in a row to lead with seconds to go.

Just an amazing game of rugby. Made me forget for 80 minutes I have man flu

What a game, I’ve aged 10 years! Well done Scotland. We (England) need to really work on our mental strength if we’re to go anywhere at the World Cup.

Given the way the two halfs went, a draw was the perfect result. It helps that we (Scotland) retained the Calcutta cup

My blood pressure and heart rate are slowly normalising, a little disappointed not to win but hey ho after that first half I’m happy to have Calcutta Cup back, and confidence that after that recovery that Edinburgh maybe, just maybe can keep going in the Pro14 and euro cup. Need a lie down and Irn Bru now.

    Well done Wales.
Scotland congratulations for your heart and determination.
England, please keep that Jones bloke out of the dressing room at half-time, for god's sake what is going on, from greyhounds to donkeys against France, Wales and Scotland.

That was THE game that was.

Absolutely brilliant comeback for Scotland to such an extent it’ll damage England for a long time. The ‘doubt’ in the mind now will be there for a long time that they are wholly unable to close out games, and that’s corrosive.

The deserved 6N victors are wales and Calcutta cup stays in Scotland.

    Well done all the teams.

To me it was a deliberate shoulder (no arms tackle), you could see from the replay from behind the Scottish player than Farrell didn't even look at the ball, he just lined the player up.

Highlights the fact that the greatest rugby competition is currently the 6 Nations.
    The Rugby Championship is dull.
Super 15 is AWFUL......unless NZ based teams are playing each other.
One of best ever comebacks was Sydney 2000 - NZ 24-0 up after 10 mins and then 24-24 at half time.
    NZ won 39-35.
    Great game.
RWC is coming and it could be one dominated by Northern Hemisphere teams....
My money is on England (despite the fact I now live in NZ and have a black passport)!!!

After yesterdays game the mindset of most/all the Scottish players must in the clouds, now I am looking forward to European quarter final games and the run in of the pro14 at Murrayfield.

    Nicked off Facebook.

    After forty minutes in Paris
They said that Wales were shite
That the only team to win the Slam
Would be a team in white

    Inverdale was chuckling
At the thought that Wales could win
But what he's got to say right now
    The despicable vile goblin

Never write a Welsh team off
We don't know when we're beat
And as I'm writing this right now
There's Welshies dancing in the street

Some will say that we're just lucky
That we punch above our weight
And that's why we're so happy
Because being Welsh is simply great

    The Italians never threatened
    The English never came
The Scots they tried their hardest
But it all came down to one last game

The Irish would be too good for us
It was still England who would win
    But Slams are not decided
    Before the games begin

The Irish took our roof off
They wanted to fight us in the mud
A challenge that was thrown down
    And stirred the dragons blood

    The stadium was bursting
    The anthem brought a tear
    And seventy seconds later
    We heard that famous cheer

    The pressure was relentless
And the Irish lost their way
    Hymns and arias rang out
As the stands began to sway

The stadium is part of legend
    The cauldron where druids boil
    A mix of raw emotion
With an extra pinch of hwyl

But it's right that we should remember
As the glasses fill with beer
    Not everyone is happy
Or filled with joy and cheer

    Somewhere sat in England
There is a grin turned upside down
I'd pay to see the face right now
Of that tosser called Mike Brown.

Owen Farrell really is a dirty player. How did the video ref after reviewing for a full 4 mins reach the conclusion no action required? Makes a mockery of the system tbh. Disappointing to see the analysis 90% focused on what ENGLAND did wrong. Typical really

I was there and was staggered he got away with it. He either needs to raise hands to block the kick or use arms to make tackle and he dropped a shoulder and took the bloke out, it was on purpose and nasty. He has to shoulder the responsibility for this, he and Ben Young’s under pressure kept kicking the ball away. It was returned with interest.

    Great game

What a great day of Rugby and well done to Wales. Superb effort and well deserved.

I think we (England) had already gone home mentally at half time against Scotland. Well done Scotland for kicking us up the backside and making such an enjoyable 2nd half, the 1st half was just uncomfortable to watch!
