A new (build) racing car for me:
One pic and one line aren't enough! This one needs a separate thread!!!

Yes, a Lotus Elite. It’s nearly done. Should have it on teck for a first testing session in the next month or so (I’ll try and remember to get a shot). Previously owned by ex-Le Mans Elite driver John Wagstaff, this was his UK club race car and is now in the livery of his Le Mans car. Hopefully (!) it’ll be one of the more competitive Elites around.
Am at Goodwood all weekend am in a red convertible Mini parked near pits straight behind the Beatles Minis, doing parade lap if anyone wants to say hi....been brilliant so far with a Spitfire flypast at the drivers briefing and cricket match

Here’s my toy car, it’s an SVA S160 had it for years. Don’t drive it enough but going to go out for a spin later as I have a rare day off.

Watching the Bonhams auction at goodwood yesterday it was pretty clear the prices have cooled off a lot, maybe I will be able to get a 964 one day! But, by that time interest rates will be sky high and my mortgage will have doubled I guess.
I always wanted a Challenger loved the one in the movie Vanishing Point. Mopar really did have some funky colors on the old muscle cars you don't see a lot of that sublime color here but you do see a lot of Plum Crazy.
The last few years Jeep has been using quite a few of those crazy colors on the Wranglers.
I was displaying a Mini on parade laps all weekend, pics to follow when I get back home....we had the best time ever
