Makes the Vutton beasts on SC seem like a total steal !!
There was an article on the news the other day, limited edition trainers are the new collectibles. They gave examples of people queuing all night to buy the latest release for £250 then listing them for sale at £2,500.
Rolex Sports Trainers, now there's an investment opportunity 😂😂
I thought 'Red and green shouldn't be seen'?
there are loads of jokers on ebay. I see used watches with a BIN price more than retail new price on there lol

Really sought after

The fools! No one would pay over list for a watch....
Errr, wait....?
Maybe he just forgot the decimal point: 411.00
Appears to be about right....

These are the Nightsafe homeless charity limited editions. Exactly the same trainer will be on general release from Friday, but without the Nightsafe stamp.
Although the charity benefitted to the tune of £20,000 it seems that some individuals are set to coin in a lot more. Maybe they'll be making a further donation if they sell?
None of them will get paid, they are being bid up by Adidas trainer collectors who are fed up with people buying sought after items and then whacking them on eBay for massive mark up. It’s more galling that the money raised from these trainers was for a homeless charity, plus the fact they are called Blackburn will mean that they drop to pieces and smell of shite

Red and green for the Lancashire Rose. The shoe was designed by Gary Aspden - born in Blackburn - who is THE go-to for Adidas. He dreamed up and created the Spezial range himself, and to sneakerheads that's the pinnacle. I'm struggling for a watch equivalent, but imagine an Omega designer who keeps all of his creations - both production and prototype - and decides to show them all off in one huge museum style display to mark the release of his latest limited edition. There's gonna be a lot of buzz.
Perfect size for me too.
Damn it no 'buy it now' function. Oh well.....

I’d have to be paid more than that to wear those. Nike boy forever, swoooooosh

Buy something on TZ and sell on eBay for 100 quid extra and you'll be lynch-mobbed, buy something at a charidy event for 100 quid and sell on eBay for 50K, not a peep squeak from the usual suspects. Probably busy queueing up to get their hands on the next batch..
