Probably a pie-pan Constellation from the 60's. Utterly gorgeous, and I'm determined to own a good example one day!
My vote would be the First Omega in Space

a version of a vintage Seamaster 300 would get my vote - but they have shot up in price in the last 10 years
The Seamaster 120 Baby Ploprof is an attractive watch, especially on mesh - feel really good on the wrist
mine's a Watchco build, so NOS case, face, hands etc., with the movement from an older Omega

OFF: the one I can afford
ON: Omega Marine I find it both fascinating and a great looking, way ahead of its time
I am a fan of the Speedmaster in its standard form
An almost perfect blend of function and form
I think the best looker is the SM300 big triangle no date but all early SM300 great looking watches
Speedmaster Ultraman for me.
Speedy Professional for me!
I like the recent Speedmaster co-axial moonphase with the footprint on the moon.
Or Snoopy if you like a dog on the dial...
This one :0
Omega Seamaster Automatic 120m Chronograph (Ref.176.004)
I'm quite keen on this one of mine actually.
That looks really good

They have made a number of watches I really like. My favourites in categories are:
Divers. SMP 300 in black, (2264, I think)
Chrono. Speedy Pro, hesalite crystal
Everyday type. First iteration of Aqua Terra or its predecessor Seamaster 120M 36mm size
Dress. 1960s Constellation
Also have a softspot for the last version of the Dynamic although the bracelet was a real hair puller!

My father on law has one of these
145.017 reference
Rather timeless and classy

Too many good looking watches.
These days they are far too thick though e.g gsotm
If they re-issued the Polaris in 40mm, I’d be front of the queue.

I’m a bit weird, so this one for me:
Or the gold Seamaster De Villes from the 1960s
This one is quite tasty. Or else the ploprof - beauty in the eye of the beholder.

As far as Seamasters go, the 2254 is nice, but there's no way it's as nice as the 2201...

I'm with the OP on this, I think the Speedy pro is a very good looking tool watch but the FOIS is a very pretty watch.
Seamaster 1000m - “the Grand” - and the Seamaster banana dial for me.
Speedy tuesday for me just love it
Great dial and such a soft dtrap

Probably one or other of their central tourbillon watches. I don't have any pix, but here's a couple of links :-

1. Speedy professional
2. Seamaster SM300
3. Seamaster 2254.50
Another vote for the 'pie pan' Constellation.
Have the FOIS but long for the 60th trilogy Seamaster .... as well!
Strange...never thought I’d buy an Omega.
