2019 JLC Polaris Date (Smoked Blue dial) UNANNOUNED model

I thought I'd make a separate post for this. Hope I won't get into any trouble.
I managed to snap this screen shot of this unannounced JLC Polaris date with a smoked/gradient blue dial. It was from Wei Koh's Jaeger-lecoultre SIHH interview with their CEO. The video was quickly taken down and re-uploaded without the watch.
This watch will probably be announced later in the year.

What do you guys think? Black dial or blue dial? I like the black but might hold out to see the blue in person.

Although unannounced a JLC AD that I was in last week seemed to have details on their JLC SIHH feed.

They mentioned it was a 600 or 800 (can’t remember which) LE, out in September. UK RRP looked to be about £700 more than the standard black dial date version.

From the pics I think it looks a better shade of blue than the non date model.

I really like the dial and prefer it over the black and I usually always go for a black dial.

Lovely, but I wish the date wheel had been the same colour as the dial....

Really nice that, but agree about the date wheel, the white just seems to stand out more on this.

Have to agree here. Seems to be the get out of jail card for the design departments over the last few years, run out of ideas ” Lets make it in Blue”. Could say that JLC ran out of ideas years ago and now just try anything to remain current within the market.

If that is the finished version, they should probably not release it, horrendous.

Yes, I agree about blue dials. It's like the "it" thing to do right now for all brands. Admittedly, I do really like the Vacheron Overseas Gen3 blue, that one is special.

On a side not, how do I make the photos full size? I insert the link and get full size for a couple of days but then they revert back to thumbnails.

The blue really makes the markers/lume stand out, it’s a great combination for me.
