Well, it's good to hear it from somebody other than forum members, and he isn't talking bollocks, is he? :)

Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".

Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!
A good well written review i thought. First of many hopefully.
Good review
As a peripheral issue, its interesting to note what he says about the NATO. I find them more comfortable than other offerings.
The review says the AM hands are heat blued, but I remember reading in this forum that they're chemically blued. If they are chemically blued, that's a pretty good job -- ie, you could'a fooled me.
Later on in that thread it was confirmed that they are heat blued after all.
Still loving my 29am. Been a month now and still a total joy.
Ill be honest and say i appreciate, but dont actually wear the nato. I dont like the octagonal keepers compared to the old smooth style. Ive swapped between bonklips and pigskins.
Have you sent one to Worn and Wound yet Eddie? The 29am seems right up their street.
Aces. I look forward to that. I do like their reviews. Always great pictures too.
Not had a NATO before- don't they soften up with use?

Just what I didn't want, good publicity for the AM. Now this batch will sell out before I have the funds for one.
Seriously though, a well deserved write up for a beautiful looking watch.
