I don't think it strange that a company should want to reward its employees, and I don't think it strange that a company is not embarrassed by its own identity.
Just been looking into the Rolex Air king and found a couple with Company logos

plus a few others around from Arab States and Countries
what do you think?
I find them quite strange

The domino's pizza air king was given to managers/franchise owners? Who achieved a certain target I seem to remember.Don't think they command much of a premium over standard.....unlike some rolex's.

There's this version which keeps the dial nice and clear....

I see the Intairdrill version is similar to Comex in my mind, and quite cool.
The Dominos version is awful. Why anyone would want one is beyond me.
I remember seeing a picture of a red sub with coke on the dial, I presumed it to be fake, but if not why would anyone want one?
A chap I know bought a fake sub with Harley Davidson on the dial, (a Thai special) not only was it a cr@ppy fake it was so OTT it was laughable. Did Rolex make a real version?

This Coca Cola is at Watch Club: https://www.watchclub.com/rolex/oyst...1003-year-1961
The Tiffany branded watches seem to have one hell of a mark up over similar non branded watches.
Quite collectable - too small for my tastes but nice nonetheless.
When you look long into an abyss, the abyss looks long into you.........
I walk past the watch club at least a couple of times a month, I hope to see the Coke Rolex next time I stroll past. At least I know they are out there (but still not sure on the red subs) Not sure why anyone would want one but they must be rare, hence the collectible value.
It's made the occasional appearance in the window over the past few months. It looks lovely, especially for a 58 year old watch. Too small to wear for me, but some things are just nice to own and treasure.
The recent £1,900 reduction makes it more attractive. Watch Club has either had it for a while or perhaps this is the second time they're selling it - see this 2014 thread:

I personally wouldn’t be interested in these, I agree they detract from the simplicity of the dial.
Not related exactly to this but I once saw a Glashutte Senator with Colonel Gaddafi painted on the dial.
If I had the money at the time I would of bought that one, it was strange, odd and yet appealing.
A previous and related post.

Rarity value. Plus Tiffany Rolexes watches were sold through their dealership, rather than gifts to people. Other jewellers who did this, and branded Rolex, included Asprey and Cartier.
But perhaps the rarest of them all were branded Joyeria Riviera who were Rolex dealers in Cuba (Pre castro).
These pieces all add to Rolex history - before they had AD's. Just a shame WoS never bothered

I’ve seen a few different logo dials on old Rolex, my first reaction was, why? But after time thinking about it, why not. Would make a nice addition to a collection.
