Small business Brexit impact

I've cleared this with Eddie (thanks).

Hoping some members here will be able to help out a little. My son is doiung a school project surveying small businesses to find out a bit more about how they think a hard or soft Brexit will affect them. It would be great if anyone involved with a small business could take 5 minutes to complete his short questionnaire before next Thursday.

If the format doesn't fit, maybe a Google doc? Both will make collecting and analysing the data easier.
