    Date legibility

I find it much easier to read dates with black numerals on white backgrounds, rather than white numerals on black backgrounds.

Is this just a symptom of may failing eyesight, or the case across the board?

Do members with 20/20 vision find one set of numbers harder to read than the other?

I'm thinking of eye surgery (but that's another post)....

Can't say i've noticed much difference in legibility between the two. I'd be surprised if everyone was the same due to slight differences in peoples eye sight, even those with 20/20 vision.

I'm indifferent, but would prefer the date background to match the dial just to make a cleaner look. If my eyesight fails me, then can always get a watch with a big date.
