Well it seems to be working for me now and I had no trouble first thing this morning.
Millions of customers have been affected this morning. Online and mobile applications are affected and customers currently unable to send or receive money.

Online and mobile applications seem to be back up but unable to send or receive money electronically at the moment.
HBOS have disconnected their customer help line number as well

They still appear to have issues. This web page says they did some planned maintenance early this morning - perhaps that went badly.

My wife transferred a large sum this morning that has still not arrived.
All rather annoying!
Makes you realise just how much the planet relies on computer tech these days and how much of a kerfuffle could be caused by a huge cyber attack on any kind of large scale.
with Llyods fortunately don't get paid till next week and not bothered if council did not get the council tax DD.
I made a transfer to a member here last night and the money hasn't appeared in his Halifax bank account yet.
Obviously, the problem hasn't been sorted yet
I tried to pay a couple of things around 3pm yesterday and got the warning that I should check in 2 hours, so I left them and they’d gone through this morning when I checked.
I’ve cash coming into my account OK but can’t access my account through my desktop.
The app on my phone is ok though.
