Agree with you, it’s lovely Tony. I never got the call when it was reasonably sensibly priced at RRP. I remember letting one of my team disappear for an hour when he got the call for his about 8 years ago to go collect.

And has box and original Rolex "GARANTIE / ATTESTATION DE CHRONOMÈTRE OFFICIEL" certificate; originally bought from a US Forces Europe PX store so possibly has military provenance.

This is one of my favourite GMTs
The chapter ring on the outside of the dial, between the dial and the bezel moves like a GMT hand, so you can move the bezel to tell what time it is in specific locations
