Around 105-110db, so safe to say it has a silly loud bean can.
Alot of supported engine work done over the past decade, so it’s not all bark mind :)

....Plus i run a sprung baffle, so its silent unless it’s a full chat.
Wierdly my wee (stock) Abarth shopping trolley is alot more asbo.

Anything with fake exhaust pipes and/or fake exhaust sound. Like the SQ5 or the button you can press on an F-Type to make the exhaust crackle and pop. It's all from the ECU and very, very sad.

At higher revs / foot down on the throttle automatically opens up valves in the exhaust system to allow better performance through freer flow.

The button, is optional to leave the valves open at lower revs for "the noise",

Agree.......definitely a feature for the bellends in this world to play with!

Almost as bad is the stupid modifid turbo cars that make that silly hissing noise.........I call them hissing sids. Usually driven by young drivers wearing baseball caps.

That's the dump / blow off valve. On very high pressure turbos it's actually needed and it releases back pressure in the exhaust when you take your foot off the gas.

Usually not heard if the car is driven properly, which the chav numpties don't. The noise is achieved by hard acceleration, then instantly lifting off, rather than decelerating gradually.

And yes, it is silly.
