New to the forum and Time Factors watches, I have just ordered the PRS29-AM and PRS-82 as I could not decide on which one.
Was at a Military Fare on Sunday and one of the stalls had a Smiths watch for sale which I liked the look of, but the price was a little rich. So once I got home started to have a around on the web and found Time Factors and was really impressed with the designs and quality of the watches, so decided to pull the trigger.
These two are a bit of a departure from my normal watches being a Tudor Black Bay, Omega Moonwatch and a Planet Ocean.
Looking forward to getting my hands on both and sure both will get plenty of wrist time.

Excellent! I have both the Precista PRS-82 and the Smiths Air Ministry. Fine watches in any collection. http://snupp.it/d1SGKM

Many thanks, that is nice collection there.
Always good to see what the watches look like on the wrist.
Thank you! I noticed you posted one on the MWR forum. Like yours, it's a snap back case. I have the Smiths compendium and know the A459 is meant to be a screw back. As it looks like an A459 from the front, I just listed it as that rather than its cousin, the A258. Do you still have yours? Whatever it is, it's a lovely looking watch.

Hi, yes, I still have mine. I think it's one of Smiths better dial designs for the 17 jewel movement. I have seen a couple on eBay recently both in snap back cases. I still haven't seen one in a screw back case but they are listed in the Compendium. In either case one of the nicer and rarer Smiths I think.
Both arrived and look absolutely fantastic, so a big thanks to Eddie.
Will get some shots and get them posted.
A very quick wrist shot.
The closet it will get to diving!
haha...looks good even near the washing up! It does look a substantial watch. Thanks for posting.
Both are fine watches and a bargain for the money.
And the PRS229-AM
Yes, that watch has an ever growing fan club. The properly blued hands were a great decision I reckon and give the watch a really classy look. I think that is the most 'natural' size for a watch too unless you have massive or tiny wrists.
